The energy-efficient renovation management for Lutherstadt Eisleben is carried out in cooperation with the DSK and the planning circle. The focus for seecon is on working on specialist topics such as energy-efficient building renovation, district heating expansion and electromobility. Thanks to the close cooperation with Stadtwerke Lutherstadt Eisleben, implementation-oriented measures of the district concept created in advance are worked on from the very beginning. In particular, the targeted construction of electric charging stations and the construction of a climate parking lot are thus supported by the ESM. The relocation of the district heating supply to the district now presents the building owners with the choice of whether to use the heat from the municipal utilities’ CHP plants. The ESM supports interested owners, especially if more extensive renovation measures are also being considered. Another topic of consultation is the development of a tenant electricity model for the municipal utilities. The system, which is currently being implemented, will be built on a building belonging to the Eisleben housing association. This was preceded by a consultation process for the stakeholders involved by seecon.
