Complete dismantling of the hazardous waste landfill in Kölliken, located in a residential area, in which around 300,000m³ (475,000 t) of hazardous waste was stored in bags, bins and loose on an area of 33,000 m² during its operating period. The professional sampling and sampling of the dismantled waste was mainly carried out in the black area (contaminated area) and therefore placed special demands on the samplers (wearing special protective equipment and breathing apparatus).
